About the Piece:
Focusing on the value of family and connection, humpback whales cherish these values as much as humans do. The connection between mother and child is so strong, nothing will stop the mother from protecting and loving her child. What would life be like if every day was World Wildlife Day? Think about it; it's a day that honors our wildlife, but isn't every life, wild? We have wild dreams, wild thoughts, wild imaginations (if we let them run wild, anyways). We come from the wild. As we evolved into who we are today, it seems to me that we strive so much to separate ourselves from the wild because it's not proper, it's not practical, it's not logical. We are human beings that have intelligence, self-control, complex minds; but who's to say that other wildlife isn't intelligent, aware, or complex? We're all wandering in our lives, trying to find what lights up our souls, fighting our own battles, thinking our own thoughts. But does that mean we're any different at all? Wildlife fight to survive, we do the same. Maybe it's not as brutal or raw, but it's essentially what we seek out to do: Survive and thrive. Sometimes I wish more people were able to get outside, walk around places unknown to them, and see the life that's around them. By spending more time in nature, we learn more about ourselves. And we are all wild; wild with love, wild with compassion, wild with life. Let's let our imaginations run wild. Life's a lot colorful like that.

When Do I Ship Prints:
Sometimes I create the prints the moment I receive the order. Once you place an order we will try our best to dispatch the prints as soon as we can, but please allow up to 3 weeks for processing and shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for deliveries in the US and up to 3 - 4 weeks for international orders. When shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking number.
International Orders:
Please note the duty/customs taxes and/or fees for international orders. Not only do these vary per country, but they are also the buyer's responsibility. Each international order will have the required customs form labels. In these customs forms, they will include the contents and purchase prices of your item(s).
Refunds & Returns:
Once Giclee prints are printed and shipped, they are non-refundable. However, if there is damage to the order upon arrival please send photos to > jess@soriano.studio < to be reviewed - all orders are carefully packaged and sent with love.
Prints are gallery standard fine art prints.
